1993 - Bro. Rene with sisters and Ali Mall choir decided to give birth to a new community named Christian Community Formation Center. The group started to responds to the needs of the depressed areas in Murphy, Quezon City; Cupang, Antipolo City; and even extended its apostolic work to the slum area of Payatas, Quezon City.

1999 – CCFCM Foundation was registered with the Security Exchange Commission as a non-stock, non-profit organization with its temporary office at 51-B 19th Ave., Barangay San Roque, Murphy, Quezon City.

To extend the apostolic work of the CCFCM Foundation, a community-based hospice care center was conceived in the year 2002 to help the elderly, the terminal-ill patients and other families. We also plan to include and Adoration Chapel within the area. Envisioned to the future permanent home of the CCFCM Foundation and a hospice care center is a donated property (lot) at Barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines.

We draw much needed assistance and support from you, our friends and benefactors. Your contribution would be a tremendous boost for the extension of CCFCM Foundation’s apostolate. Your financial support will be part of the seed money to start the construction of a building on the site.

We firmly believe that each person, in contributing his or her share for a better life for all, is helping to build the Kingdom of God, here on earth.

This is the spirit of true stewardship of God, here on earth.

We look forward to sharing our work with you.
